What would be the best option for my cousin and I to talk during a game? I know there is teamspeak, but don't you have to pay for a server? Right now were using xbox live. Thanks for the help

I used to use Steam because I always had it open, even for games that don't support it. I find Skype works better now.
You can spend $400 on a console and $400 on a cheap PC, or you can spend $800 to build your own and have the best of both worlds.

Never tried raidcall, it sounds interesting. But ventrilo is free if you only need it for a few people.

Steam, skype, C3, pretty much anything will work just fine.
It doesn't matter too much what you choose.

I like steam voice. Simple, integrated and it just works.

I like Razer comms. With steam you can't do group chats.
