Probably one of the dumbest things I've read on this forum. Your build isn't too great either. Athlon processors aren't really a good option unless you're trying to stick as close to $400 as possible and even then I would probably opt for a Haswell Pentium for the sole ability to be able to upgrade to an i5/i7 later down the line.

This looks like the best build if you can get a extra $70

To save more money, you can reuse the HDD from your current computer and maybe reuse the case.
