If you're having trouble running sleeping dogs on that, I'd blame it on AMD's driver support. That should be plenty for high at 60fps.

What about Watch Dogs? I did the can you run it website and it said I could run well beyond the recommended settings but on the requirements for ultra settings it said I needed a 7980 and I only have a 7950.

I don't think there is a 7980, you should be fine.
