Asrock Z97 Extreme4
Intel i7 4790K (when released) w/ Hyper 212 Evo
2x Sapphire R9 290 Vapor-x Crossfire
1 3 TB HDD
1 240 GB SDD

Is 850w pushing it or is it more than enough?

The GPUs will top out at 550w and the i7 is only a 70ish-w part (and it won't be using that much since 70w includes the HD4600), should be fine.
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there

Just to clarify the GPUs top at 550w for both right? Anything else that can be a power hog other than the GPU and CPU?

If you have a lot of high speed fans or a lot of hard drives, that'll use a lot of power. Outside of that, really the GPU is the main consumer of power, followed by the CPU (unless you have one of AMD's stupid 220W CPUs).
