I currently have:
Battle Realms
SC I and II
Rise of Nations
Age of Empires I, II, Mythology
Sins Rebellion
Dawn of War series
Wargames: EE
Total Annihilation
Stronghold 1 and Crusaders
AI War

Those are what I have from the top of my head. Any slow (manageable not so clickfest) RTS that has great replayability for singleplayer? Planetary Annihilation seems interesting.

Command and Conquers: Generals is my favorite singleplayer RTS game.

Earth 2150 and 2160 is pretty good.
Populous the beginning has the least amount of clicking in any RTS.
Units produce themselves, workers find work themselves. Soldiers automatically call to guard posts for help, spys automatically find spies, preachers automatically convert, armies automatically run in formations.
They also automatically prioritize and defend. Ranged units automatically target other ranged units, warriors automatically target warriors, preachers automatically target preachers. Usually they run up, punch the enemy preacher, then run away and let your warriors finish the job.
FIrewarriors will automatically target shamans first to stop them from casting spells, warriors will automatically meat shield your shaman if they can.

Company of Heroes is probably a pretty solid choice.

Battle for middle earth 2 is good though I have only played a little, I liked the city building and expansion.

Majesty and Dungeon Keeper are fantastic.

I always hear about battle for middle earth but never really found a copy or where to purchase it online. I liked majesty but it was a bit fast paced for me and it is the reason why I don't take anything based about ardania (especially the warlock series!) seriously. I think my brother had a physical copy of C&C games that included generals. We used to play RA2 and Yuri's revenge and general looks good.

As for Company of Heroes, looks interesting and all but I kind of prefer the base building ones instead of the system in that and dawn of war where you capture points in the map instead. I kind of want to get in those huge ones like SupCom or the new planetary annihilation. The pace of AoE seems to be good for me but I still feel a bit rushed all the time.

Any more suggestions? Singleplayer, basebuilding is something I prefer over something like capture the key points in CoH and huge unit caps like SupCom would be a bonus
