Looking to pick one up to use on some PC fighting games. Is this good? Can any game work with it?

I hate Playstation controllers for fighting games. The D-Pad rubs my thumb to death. I prefer a 360 pad, but Im probably the only one in the world. But if you're really serious about fighting games, go for a stick. They're pretty sweet.

Compatibility might be an issue. 360 controllers have good compatibility with the most amount of games.
