Every year the games are different. You'd have to have your head buried up your ass to not see the systems changes. That doesn't mean the changes are for the better though.

I just see screenshots. They all look the same.

I probably will after a good sale. Might be a couple years down the line, but I'm sure I'll eventually get it.

Very unlikely. Maybe it'll turn out great, and I hope it does, but I have very low hopes for it

Call of Duty is too casual to the point that it's not fun in any way. Add in a yearly release cycle, and paid map packs and it is a shooter that I have absolutely no interest in.

A good shooter makes content available to everyone, and lasts for years before a sequel is made.

So basically Counterstrike is the only good shooter ever made?
Some roads you shouldn't go down because maps used to say there'd be dragons there. Now they don't, but that don't mean the dragons aren't there.

Quake (1996), Quake 2 (1997), Quake 3 (1999), Quake 3 Team Arena (2000). Yup looks like some years between releases to me.

Unreal (1998), Unreal Tournament (1999), Unreal Tournament 2003 (2002), Unreal II (2003), Unreal Tournament 2004 (2004), Unreal Tournament 3 (2007). Whole buncha years between releases there too eh?

Red Orchestra 2 (2011) and Rising Storm (2013) Two year gap there as well.

So the only one on that list that's taking years is TF2 and Valve can't ****ing count to 3 so we'll attribute that to lack of management and laziness rather than deliberate waiting.

Why would I buy a new call of duty game if I could just play TF2 for free
