Fun or just Ubisoft botching it yet again?

Based on some ps4 board topics, it sounds like they lied about the size.

But I'll (probably) never buy a Ubisoft game so I don't know for certain.

Sucks. The whole lower east coast is just labeled "The South" and Miami is the only city.

The size of the map is pretty big, I enjoy seeing the unrealistic yet similar depictions of familiar cities I've been to.

every region has more than one city, they just don't show them when you fully pan back the map. The south also has louisiana in it and the midwest even has Chicago and Saint Louis.

As someone who enjoys exploration driving games like Test Drive Unlimited I am currently enjoying this game.

Driving is arcade like. Feels like a downgrade compared to TDU2.

That's scary...Unless you just mean realism. Because well..TDU2's handling could times. Wheel support was even worse, and got worse still in later patches.

I like it a lot. Way better than TDU 2 and part 1. The map is massive (although not accurate at all in terms of where states and whatnot should be). I love how there's so many different environments and whatnot. You could literally make an entire game out of just the snowy mountain area. I dunno, really enjoying it, much more than I thought I would.

The handling is a bit shaky at first, but you upgrade your car so fast it's not an issue.

I think it's pretty cool so far. I haven't formed a crew yet but i'm excited to just roll around with my friends and do whatever. I haven't traveled the entirety of map but I think in Kevin VanOrd (Spelling?) video preview on gamespot, it took him 10 minutes to drive from Chicago to New York. Which is different from what I heard in previous previews that it took a couple hours to drive from LA to New York.

Never heard of it, but from these comments it sounds like a cross-country racing MMO. If that's the case I don't how many flaws it has, I'm getting it.
