Some would have you believe that it is cool to stuff yourself with unhealthy foods when sitting behind your PC.

I disagree, and would advice you not to do that. Instead, limit yourself to healthy snacks imo.

Anything that won't dirty my keyboard too much. I usually cut up fruits and pick them with a fork or toothpick...but I do like my occasional Mountain Dew

I'm kind of addicted to those super cheap freezer pops that come in the plastic sleeves. They take care of both snacks and fluids. They're also basically mess free as long as you have a bin to throw the sleeves in.

Fat free Cheez Its, while bland, are a pretty good gaming snack if you want something that you can leave at your desk. They don't leave any residue on your fingers like the normal ones do.

I don't really drink soda anymore but when I do (once a week if that) I have a coke. Pepsi products just have way too much sugar for me, they actually make me nauseous. It's like 130 calories for a coke/sprite or 170 for a Mountain Dew. I'm the last person who will complain about extra calories but those last 40 just are just more than I can handle in a beverage.
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there

I haven't drank carbonation in nearly 20 years. Haven't eaten cake, donuts, cookies, brownies, pie, or candy in about 18 years.

There isn't one.

If I'm eating at my desk (which I do pretty frequently while I'm on project as I'd rather eat there than watch TV) I eat exclusively with my right hand and drink exclusively with my left hand. That way nothing touches my mouse or keyboard.

I have an AutoHotKey script setup that among other things turns the arrow keys into media keys for me, so when I'm watching anime or something I can just press right Alt+Right Arrow to skip ahead, etc.

Water and a piece of fruit if I bother with a snack. Almost 30 pounds dropped since I cut out the "snacks", and the fruit's better than the crap I was buying before.
