How do you store games you play the most on the SSD, but games you only play occasionally on the harddrive, and still have them all accessible from Steam's library?

You can pick and choose w/e HDD/SSD you want to install a game on. Most games work this way, there a few(like 3) that can only be installed on the primary drive Steam is installed on.

Add library folders to both drives in the options menu and it'll give you the choice of which one to install to when you download a game.
