wish it was cheaper

But how many handheld gaming PCs are there right now? The "competition" are all either scams (PGS, Smach Z), or vaporware that would have easily cost over $1000 (Razer Switchblade).

Or Android devices. Smartphones are a type of personal computer, and you can game on them.

Yeah, but in the niche of x86 Windows devices, nobody else is playing ball.

It probably is designed for lower spec indie titles like Shovel Knight and Terraria, older games like what gog.com sells, and retro emulation up to N64/PS1 plus PSP.

True.

I'd probably enjoy having one, but $400 is a bit steep for how much I'd use it.

Restart the system.

Restarting only works sometimes.

Powering-off completely and leaving it off for 12+ hours seems to work more often.

Issue happens very frequently.

Can be present at start-up.

Is sometimes program-specific (e.g., irresponsive in-games and on Windows log-in page, but works in Internet Explorer).

That sounds like the issue where if you change the controller switch after starting a program, the program won't recognize the controller as being connected.

I've rarely had the keyboard stop working on me, and when it does, a simple restart fixes it.
