Does this game mostly just benefit from the first initial load of the game or is there a benefit after as well?

All of SP loads faster. It does nothing for gtaonline.

Switching between Franklin, Michael and Trevor is faster with SSD it seems too.

What about driving around are there any texture load in problems that will happen with HDD vs SSD?

That's not how it works. A game needs loading screens for moving SSD OR HDD data to RAM and VRAM. And that's it. So SSD only benefits in loading screens. Once the game is loaded and running, all those texture needs are already loaded (no matter if they are being used for a specific frame) and rendered from that RAM or VRAM, and your drive has nothing at all to do unless you run out of both. That happens with this game and with every game since RAM was invented.
