How are we suppose to know? More likely Nvidia and Invidia become more of a monopoly than ever before.

No I would like it, if a 3rd or 4th company comes along.

This, more competition is always welcome, unless you are a CEO of one of the companies. AMD makes good CPUs though with their Ryzen line.

No, AMD has been a mainstay in Microprocessor Engineering since the 80s.

I like AMD.
I have always bought their Video Cards even though Nvidia was usually making the better cards.
I used to buy their processors too even though they were s*** compared to Intel.
Now They make decent processors once i started buying intel of course. LOL
Thats what I get for jumping ship at the wrong time.

I just wish AMD would get better marketing, and a third and fourth company came along to compete in the GPU space. (I don't think CPU's needs more than two)

"and other company takes it place and makes CPU/GPUs"?

So, you mean NVIDIA steps up and begins making CPUs along their GPUs?

I guess I wouldn't mind that new option in the market and also it probably wouldn't be all that great if there was zero competition, so...

Despite that though, I don't want AMD to step out.

I couldn't care less about AMD, but competition is vital. What would be best is if a third party jumped in, giving us another GPU and CPU option.
Hey, how come my two cents is only worth like a half a cent?
