There are a lot of SFF cases but you have a lot of negatives that go with them. For example, On the extreme end of things this 3.5L case can handle an i5 and a 1070. But it doesn't have any 2.5 or 3.5 hdds. Really depends on how much power you want, storage needs, money, and tolerance to noise and temps.

Edit: it's roughly 5"x7"x8". Smaller than most consoles and way Moreno powerful.

how hard would that be honestly? i've put pcs together but that seems a bit more

Not really harder, it's just that there are limited parts and more $.

how much $ would you guess?

The Dan Case A4SFX is probably the smallest gaming PC you can build.

Yep, waiting on V2 to show up, pretty excited.

Those laptops are stupidly big. At least this one I'm thinking of. Kind of defeats the purpose of it being a laptop when its that big.

Honestly most sff gaming cases that are >7L are almost all custom or "boutique" cases that can fetch $150 and up. Decent psu's in sfx, flex atx, or pico will cost as much or more than the better atx ones. Also you are going to go with m2 or 2.5 drives which can be a bit pricier. Other than those it gets a bit more equal with rest of the build. What specs are you looking at?
I can be patient, but I'm not waiting!
