Just got a brand new Steam Link today. I read that the Switch Pro Controller works perfectly with it, so I didn't get a controller. However, it does not work. The Steam Link reads the controller and sends power to it, and allows me to access the "select language" screen. However, none of the buttons do anything.

Any suggestions?
God bless you

There's an option to allow non native dxinput devices be mapped via Steam.

Not sure how it works on Steam Link, but there is an option through Big Picture Mode where you go to controller settings > Generic Gamepad Configuration. That's how I get my non-dxinput fight sticks to be recognized.
