That would be a good machine for a grandparent/younger sibling, or donate it to a school/library or something. I'd say $300 total would be the most I'd expect, and that price limits it to savvy people looking for parts/secondary machine as some joe schmo ignoramus surfing craigslist etc probably won't pay that much for used hardware.

$250 is fair. Having windows installed on it is nothing unless you are providing the key to the person.
