same stuff, different format.
But some models do support past regular SATA3's 550mbps limit, for a price.

Same as those SATA type ones, just smaller and goes directly on your board. Its good for less cables which in turn means better airflow. I'll pick up another stick maby in the future. I only got a 256 for the OS pretty much and for the next installment of Battlefield.

The really fast ones are the PCI-Express ones.
