Always off. Hell, I can't tolerate the motion blur induced by Fallout 4's TAA, and the blurring effects from depth of field settings gets disabled in almost every game I play as well.

I just don't see the point in turning on settings that make the game look worse. The fact that these settings often make the game worse, regardless of how small the performance hit may be, just makes the situation worse, and the way that motion blur is a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy in that it makes performance worse to mimic something done to hide performance issues in TV/movies compounds matters.

If I wanted "motion blur" I could just wear glasses instead of contacts while gaming, push my glasses down a bit, and then look through them while standing still and over them while moving. Boom; motion blur. Without a PC-side performance hit. Hell, given how near-sighted I am that would also function as a replacement for "depth of field" since I'd practically have to plant my nose on the monitor to see anything clearly and the edges of the display would still be all blurry.

Borderlands is probably about the only game I can tolerate any sort of blurring effect with, and even then it's only depth of field while I still can't tolerate depth of field in Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel.

Actually, given how TPS is supposed to take place on an airless moon the whole idea of having a depth of field setting just seems kinda stupid since, as I understand it, the setting is there partly to mimic atmospheric distortion.
Logic is the antithesis of faith, else why is it that faith defies logic while logic denies faith?

Always off, never been a fan. I always turn off anti-aliasing and put the graphics settings to low because I enjoy games with PS2 graphics more.
If you don't like microtransactions in full priced AAA games, vote with your wallet and don't buy those games.

Depends.

I usually just use the preset profiles (High/Ultra), so I think it's usually on?

Sometimes I might end up turning off some options for the sake of regaining some frames though, Motion Blur may be one of them. Haven't played a game/messed with settings in awhile, so can't remember.

Anything created due to consolitis I disable IMMEDIATELY. Motion Bur, Chromatic Aberration and DoF... turn off first thing.

I also disable bloom, because it makes everything too shiny for my tastes. Garlic that shines? Nah, thanks.
