Hey you. Yeah, you playing the game. Spent money on it, huh? Bought the limited edition too, I see. Well guess what, you're still a cheap little punk who we hate.

Know how to fix that? Keep giving us money, or we won't be able to afford to make new games or...something, I dunno. Point is you have money and we don't have enough of your money. Fix that.

Fixed.

Better than I thought, I was expecting matching those with micro transactions with those without. "Wanna have a chance? Buy more dlc."

Or is that what they're doing? The other article I was reading made it sound like it would be putting these players on the same team.

It would be putting them against each other, so when you keep getting rekt by a weapon/ability, you’ll say “by golly I better fork over that cash to get that same weapon”

Well, then. As bad as expected lol. If i keep getting killed by dlc weapons it's just gonna make me want to quit the game not spend more money on it. But I guess I'm just not the target demographic.

Holy s***. This is the most evil thing that I've heard of. We need a gaming crash more than ever. I wish we could find ways to bankrupt Activision and EA.

This isnt evil but this is a scumbag move which will ultimately divide gaming even more. We are definitely on track to a gaming crash if this keeps happening. Companies got greedy with DLC and are now looking for new ways to keep bringing in more money. As recent microtransaction heavy games have shown, this s*** is not going to fly its only going to keep going downhill which is a shame because its ruining franchises with great potential.

A crash will still give you mobile games and possibly mmorpgs. Maby even indies too. Just triple AAA titles will go away.

How does a crash happen when game making is more profitable than ever before? Only thing that will happen in the next few years is that AAA games will be plagued with microtransactions and lootboxes and I can guarantee you they will be making a killing.

It can't, sadly. Gaming is spread across most devices we own. But AAA gaming could crash and I'm all for it. I'd love to see it take out Twitch and YouTube Gaming with it. Sadly, Activision is protected since they've dumped so much into mobile gaming. It would take Nuclear Winter to kill off Activision.

How the f*** is matchmaking based on microtransactions not evil as f***? And I guarantee, you won't know when it's been implemented or when it's happening. It will be completely behind the scenes. And you know the first company that will line up to try it? The company that loves to dick around with matchmaking? Bungie.
