You need a 1080/1080ti for 4k imo. Anyone who says anything less is fine probably thinks medium or 30fps is acceptable. If you care about 4k, then care about 60fps all High or don't bother.

You could do 1440p Ultrawide.

You need a 1080 or better, but if you are on the 1070 you can get 1440p on Ultra mixed settings.

Love these insights. Was looking at 1070 myself, guess I'll just aim for a better card when I get a new desktop.
No time for games so I twitch. Youtube is good. Two monitors at any one time. My graphics card ist krap.
