I'm confused about all the types of plugs.

I have an old CRT with a kind of 15-pin VGA cable, I think.

The card is: https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-geforce-gtx-1060-mini

No, another monitor is not an option. I just want to know what I need to get.

Its something like that: https://sc01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1YH6kKVXXXXcfXXXXq6xXFXXX5/CRT-Monitor-Cable-LCD-Monitor-Cable-VGA.jpg

So far I'm confused, I've only found "displayport to VGA" active adapters but they are limited to 60 hz. (don't even know what displayport is, the terminology is what confuses me here)

My CRT is 85hz and you just don't run a CRT at 60hz.

Most cards now a days only come with HDMI, Display port, and DVI hook ups.

If your monitor has VGA you would need some thing like this.

https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=hdmi+to+vga+adapter&tag=mh0b-20&index=aps&hvadid=55519543&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_34h86jdi4m_e

Why is another monitor not a option? I see 19-24" LCD monitors used on craigslist with HDMI or Display ports for $30-$40 all the time.

Because they're pieces of crap? A good monitor with an image as good as a CRT and the input lag of a CRT is far more expensive than that.

Those HDMI adapters seems all 60hz limited.

Dvi To Vga Converter converter?

Which one? They all have extra pins. I had one for my old 560 but it doesn't fit the new one.

I dunno, the one that came with your video card should work.

My video card came with literally nothing but the card (and a CD and manuals). And the card says it has "DL-DVI" which doesn't actually tell me anything.

I dont know what pin arrangement you have, look at the end of your monitor cable and what gpu pins are, then match em up so it fits, ie
