I want the original art, UI and music (a whopping two tracks).

One option is to install a virtual machine on your computer and then install Windows 95 on that.

IE, something like this:

I did this with Windows 3.1 once so I could play an old adventure game called Dare to Dream. It wasn't worth the trouble... but it worked!!!
