This is one of the biggest driver performance increases in PC gaming, and the game was already optimized to begin with. The cards that will benefit 53% increase are the 1080 and 1080 Ti, while the rest get a respectable boost.

The game is "optimized" because it goes the WoW route: Pretty colors, not technically demanding. The assets themselves are pretty weak.

Those are some low-res pics there champ.

I had it maxed on my rig when I was trying it out. Game isn't pretty from a tech standpoint. And the non-colorful areas are even more drab due to the low tech push.

I couldn't 4K60 the game at max graphics with a 1080, now I can with these drivers.

Grats. Game is still significantly underwhelming from a tech perspective. This is like praising a JRPG dev for providing mouse support.

I have BF2 on Origin Access so I'll see how the performance boost is with these new drivers. The microtransaction drama put me off from the game.

SLI is being phased out. Buy a 1080, 1080 Ti, or Titan XP.
