TERA and Blade & Soul have very user-friendly f2p systems.
If you end up enjoying it a lot, buying an unused copy of TERA can also eliminate the few small restrictions.

Both are still grindy though.

Blade & Soul is fun, but the endgame was insufferable, yeah. <_<

TERA getting casualized pretty much means BAMs (boss-type monsters) in the overworld can easily be soloed by everyone including priests/mystics, compared to them being a threat previously (1-2shotting clothies). They do tiny damage and don't have as much health. Pre-endgame dungeons are all laughable coz now there are weapons that grow with you and give you a massive critical hit rate boost.

^hope you love Elin as much as I do. Coz the game strongly favors them when it comes to new classes.

I find Elder Scrolls Online pretty casual, specially with the level scaling. The interface is easy to use and understand (and it's very controller-friendly, BTW), the gameplay is simple and you don't have to worry much about the "right way" to build your character.

I don't know if it's cheap where you live, however, since it's NOT cheap here in Brazil.
