Games usually sell a lot less on PC. Simple as that.

Consoles are dying

Nah. Sadly, they aren't.

I'm pretty sure you meant thankfully.

Nope, I meant sadly.

I wish consoles were dead already, and companies focused more on PC gaming, just like in the eighties in Europe and South America. As it is now, they would be stupid to focus on PC, considering consoles sell a lot more.

Some of the best gaming series started on PC, and then got "consolized" as time went on. Not only that, but the notion of gaming exclusivity started due to consoles, and it's still going strong.

I KNOW consoles are not gonna die, don't get me wrong. But I REALLY wanted them to. ¬¬

Levi 501’s, the most basic jean in this country, don’t, unless you’ve managed to stretch a pocket out and have it protruding from it as your thigh bends it.

So I'll assume pants here in Brazil have bigger pockets. At least the ones for people like me (I'm 190 cm tall). I never had a pair of pants that couldn't fit something as big as a 7'' tablet.

That’s not even getting into where you put the joycons, your phone and your wallet without keeping one in your back pocket while you sit.

No wallet here. I don't like wallets, specially because they are usually bulky. I carry my Driving License in the back pocket and some money in one of the front pockets. (Not lots of money, of course, since I live in Brazil, and that would be stupid.)

Tablet in the right front pocket, cellphone (a small Nokia one) on the left pocket. I don't carry my Switch around with me (costed more than my wife's notebook!), but it's not a lot bigger than a 7'' tablet. When I put it on the pocket, one of the joycons sticks out, but still fits. I don't sit with the tablet in my pocket, of course, but walking with it is no problem.

Also the PS4 and xbox have 1 GPU and cpu base where the PC has a s*** ton more so by a Money and business standpoint it would make more sense to build for them first then port over to the PC.

But games are held back by these consoles.

Remember Crysis everyone tried to beef up their PC to play Crysis and it sold like hotcakes because it was game meant for the PC

So... You mean current PC gamers are holding back PC games?

I remember Crysis, it was awesome. I also remember consoles from that time. Dying PS2 and newish 360 and PS3.

Yet... Crysis was made to PC instead of consoles in hype train, because people back then were willing to buy PC exclusives.

PC gamers now just want to buy console games.
Its the PC gamers who need to change, not consoles.

I'm 6'2 as well, live in the US, and none of the jeans/pants I own (or have ever owned) have pockets big enough to fit a 7" tablet, I can tell you that.

I thought so. Not sure why this thread is still going. I guess the thing about Brazilian pockets possibly being bigger was slightly interesting.

yeah learning that brazilians do have larger storage capacity on their jeans is honestly the most important thing i've learned from my tenure here, and that is zero sarcasm there.

Interesting. I wonder why are American companies skimping on pockets?!?

Even my shorts can easily fit a 7'' tablet. :p

We could also be talking about waffles or pancakes, but a little variation is always good, huh?

bigger pocket size = more material

i'm pretty sure Levi's is sweatshopped so they try to milk every last penny out of those kids
