yeah..I appreciate that. It's probably memory or faulty mobo because all the other components work on other mobos.

Does the case have metallic standoffs (i think that's what they're called)? If so, check to make sure you put them all in the right place and none of them are shorting the motherboard. That's what happened to me once with a system I built.

Ok thanks. Will check it out. If the mobo is being shorted, would the fans still spin? Because the cpu fan, the psu fan, the gpu fan, and the red led's on the mobo light up when I power on.

IIRC the fans did spin for me, but it's been a while. Fans might just spin because the power is being routed to them.

I think the mobo doesnt like the ram without the latest firmware, so test will another compatible kit if possible.
Pc: i7 6700k/980 ti/16gb ram and Ps4.
