I can understand back when Win10 was free but actually bad, but now it's better than 7 in every way.

Well the spring creator's update resulted in a number of users experiencing micro stuttering in games and other applications.

This wasn't fixed until the fall update. So I can understand how people are still hesitant given my experience with that particular issue. In retrospect I wish I had set up a dual boot system and kept 7 installed because I didn't do a lot of PC gaming once I noticed the issue.

this is always a bizarre argument. I'm using an application, playing a game, etc not staring at my task bar and menu bar.

the taskbar (and the program UI) is always there unless you're in a game though.

I have a nostalgia boner for Windows 7 as well, but this is a little ridiculous.

when you're going back and forth between windows 7 and windows 10 on a daily basis, looking at windows 10 is like staring at cancer.

Intellectual property cannot be managed or created on Windows 10 because Microsoft siphons up the data before licensing information can be properly added. This means everything a person creates on Windows 10 becomes automatically co-licensed to Microsoft.

I always went with that minimalist setting for Windows 7 visually to save hardware indent. Not because I couldn't afford it, but because I prefer minimalism.

doesn't Aero run better because it is actually hardware accelerated by GPU? well basic windows 7 is cancer for me too, so I wouldn't trade it for minimal gains in performance anyways...
