When a companies start charging outrageous prices, people will just go elsewhere.
They'll just be shooting their own self in the foot.

Well the devil's advocate response to that is that if AT&T and Verizon see that Comcast is charging it, all they have to do is slightly undercut them but still keep outrageous prices/practices. The main issue is a new service can't just come up out of nowhere, they need to have infrastructure in place. Again, as a free market shill, I'm cautiously optimistic.
