I'm just waiting for the moment I can't stream even 120p videos without buffering 10 seconds for every 2 like the good ol' days. Only way I could fix that prior to 2015 was to get a VPN. Enable VPN: 1080p60 pre-cached entire Youtube videos in seconds, zero buffering pauses, perfect playback. Disable VPN: literally could not stream 120p Youtube videos without buffering for 10 seconds, playing 2 seconds, buffer again for 10, play for 2, etc.

I wonder what changed in 2015 that made Comcast stop f***ing up my Youtube?

Yeah, having a VPN is the only way to go now, until they find a way to try to block VPN's and make you use their service

Good riddance. It's not even like this was a reactionary regulation for the most part. It was a solution look for a problem generally. A lot of the things people point to either were or could be addressed by current laws and regulations. Such as limiting competitors services/products could be handled by anti trust laws.

What current regulation or law could I have used to stop Comcast from throttling Youtube for me back in 2014?

I only ask, because I have a sneaking suspicion I may have to deal with it again, and having a proper law I can throw at them to show that throttling is violating the law would be useful, considering net neutrality is apparently redundant and unnecessary.

Without "net neutrality", my internet is 100x faster than it used to be, and is 300% cheaper.

Screw "net neutrality"

Net neutrality = government control of the internet.
You think DMV is bad ??

If Trump took a crap on your face, Born, you’d be posting about how great feces facials are and how much smoother your skin feels.

I don't see any of this happening. If you aren't happy with Comcast-- you have two options. 1) Don't support companies that voted against net neutrality. 2) Stay offline.
