1. By gaming computer, for ME, I just want an upgrade over my current graphics card, which is a 6570hd radeon card. My processor is okay, which is an i7-2600, but the gpu sucks and it won't let me upgrade it since my motherboard's BIOS won't allow upgrades). So its basically easier to just get a new PC plus I just want a new computer anyways.

2. I don't build or won't pay someone to build. I'm not serious into pc gaming; I just want something that can play games from the early 2010's, like the witcher 2, one of my favorites, which my current 6570hd radeon card can only play it at 720p and 30fps; so I basically want a big upgrade over that.

Appreciate any help. Please don't be negative or insult me. I'm just looking for a decent upgrade over my current pc that isn't really a gaming PC in your guys' eyes.

No, even with 33% off on newegg you won't find a gaming desktop prebuilt for anywhere near $300-400.

Best you'll find, its 33% off has a mid range GPU and a high end CPU for $600.

I find it very hard to believe your mobo BIOS 'won't allow upgrades' - have you ever updated your BIOS? If you're using a 2600K, your mobo should have a free PCI-E 2.0 slot and assuming you have a high enough wattage PSU, and you have room in the case, you shuld be able to slot in a better GPU.

$400? No.
We’ve seen some good deals at $699.

Well... we did see that $699 PC with a free mixed reality headset. I guess if by some miracle you sold the headset on eBay for $200 then that would get you down to $500.

@JKatarn

This toms hardware link thread is discussing my exact HP desktop and this person is having the same issues I had when I tried to install a 750ti gtx card 2 years ago. He keeps saying that it basically didn't allow him to upgrade his GPU no matter what:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/375568-31-graphics-card-issues-prebuilt-1414

I read a lot of the posts and I truly don't understand it. It seems to me, that you really can't upgrade the gpu's on this prebuilt computer but maybe you guys could tell me more? It is very confusing.

Buy the Ryzen 1700 or the 1700x and a AM4 board for $79 and RAM for $99. And a cheap case and your good.

Newegg has a promo for any mastercard any order over $200 and you get another $20 off.

I'm t should be around $450 and with the mail in rebates you will get another $50 or so.
