I'm stuck with these choices:

DDR4-4000 18-20-20-44
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LKjWGX/team-t-force-xtreem-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-4000-memory-txd416g4000hc18edc01

DDR4-3600 15-15-15-35
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yCVBD3/gskill-tridentz-series-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-3600-memory-f4-3600c15d-16gtz

DDR4-3200 14-14-14-34
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/McH48d/gskill-trident-z-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr3-3200-memory-f4-3200c14d-16gtzkw

DDR4-2400 10-12-12-28

Do I go for higher speed, better timings, or try to get a balance between the two? I don't care much about the price, but I don't need more than 16GB.

Here's my current planned part list:

I've already purchased the CPU, motherboard, SSD and HDD.

I'll be getting the GPU later, probably something released next year.
