Second Chance Heroes (a Dead game no longer official for sale but still playable in single player) recently got a surprise patch which no-one knew what it did and sparked ideas that the game may be coming back.

Developers of the game heard about this and came to the forums to say they hadn't been told it was coming back especially as the company that made it was disbanded.

Some-one using the main developer account for the game came on and said there were no plans to bring the game back and the patch that had been put out recently wasn't from them and was likely a 3rd party who got it onto Steam as an official patch. The person with control of the developer account has removed said patch from Steam.

According to youtuber Ozzie Arcane when he tried to run the game having patched it to do a video it set off his virus scanner.

So heads up to any of the small minority of people who may own this game and actually had it installed and let it patch around September / October time this year.
Without freedom of speech how would we know what idiots some people truly are?
