My Xbox One rechargeable battery seems to not want to charge anymore and I think the usb port isn't good. Never used rechargeable AA batteries so is there a charging station I have to buy as well?

You do need a charge station and they usually come with a couple of batteries, as far as the best ones, l don't know. I've had some RadioShack batteries for years but only used them for the TV remotes and a couple of clocks.

I've been using 3+ year old Energizer rechargeables for various devices, 360 controllers included.

Eneloops, and actually IKEA, have good reports

Any good charging stations? I don't need a large one just a 4 slot or even 2.

I don't know what you're looking to spend but I bought this for my dad and it's been working great. It was the best charger I was able to find at the time coupled with a top tier set of batteries. It charges each battery separately (up to four at a time) which is really good for their lifespan and ensures you get your full capacity each time.

It comes with way more batteries than you'd ever need for your controller though, so probably not worth it if you don't have other things to use them in. You can just find the charger separately and buy a 4 pack of batteries if that's all you need
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there
