I'm looking at Medal of Honor heroes, should I get both of them? 1 and 2? or is the latter a much better version? I'm kind of low and resources right now

I'd say go for 1 rather than 2. While 2 may have had the better single player campaign with its better level design, more varied objectives, and a regenerating health; it did not feature the the bot play, in which you can shoot it out just like in multiplayer but only with bots.

I really wouldn't know about off-road racing games. There is Moterstorm which is popular among the PSP, and there are also those ATV Off Road Fury ones. While I can't comment on its customization, I do know that none of them are open world.

If you have to choose, go with the first one. They both have their strengths and weaknesses though. Personally I enjoyed both.

EDIT: Also, is there an offroad racing psp game with costumization and free roam?

All the PSP free roam racing games I am aware of are street racers, not off road.
Come to think of it ATV Offroad Fury Blazin Trails has free roam stages you have to drive through the checkpoints in a certain order, there's even a level editor where you can place the checkpoints yourself. But this was hardly enough to redeem the game, it's just such a boring, forgettable, and repetitive game.

I've never played DM. But how was LS glitchy? I know it had some hit detection but was there more?

There are invisible walls everywhere that your darts think are normal walls, you could have perfect aim and the dart will still stop in mid air between you and the enemy. The game has other issues too, such as bad knife kill detection. (Gabe will slash the enemy instead of grabbing)
DM is the first one, LS is the sequel, no reason to start with LS first. Not to mention LS gets rid of lock on weapons also so it's a bit higher the skill curve and the game is more difficult in general.

You can actually go to options and add the lock-on if you want to.

Try Flatout head on, TC. Its not open world or have much vehicle customization, but its my favorite PSP racing game. Tons of different race types & tons of different places to race in. The graphics & physics system are also epic & really shows of what PSP can do.

TBH tho i wasnt terribly impressed with any of the SW games on PSP i bought them all on a PSN sale and kinda just uninstalled them all. they also look like hot garbage on the PSTV to.
