how to change an npc's name? I click them then type in SetActorFullname Tobi and it does not work. Help please.

I'm fairly certain that you would use:
SetActorFullName "Tobi"
Unless it was significantly changed from Oblivion, that should be right. Don't forget the quotes.

Grafffffffffffik just failed. That command only can change your character's name. It brings up the same box as you got in the beginning of the game.

For some silly reason, SetActorFullName seems to take a Message (MESG) instead of a string.

For example, when Harold gets (re)named, they use SetActorFullName NamedActorHarold.

NamedActorHarold is just a message with the title "Harold."

Oh, easy solution.

Install FOSE, launch with FOSE, use SetName.
