Topic title, basically. Do people treat an Elven Mage differently than they would a Human? Or are all of the dialogue choices pretty much just Magi-oriented, regardless of race? I've already played through as a Human, so it'd be interesting to see people's reactions to an Elf. But if the dialogue is the same, I'd rather play Human again.

sometimes typically when dealing with a racist or an elf. Sometimes when dealing with Zev you will have more background information on elves to work with but all in all its very minor

Thanks. :) Elf it is. The disdain for Elves coupled with the mistrust of Mages... This should be good.

*not really a spoiler in itself, but related to the above spoiler*

So that's an option for all Humans, not just Nobles? I kind of regretted not taking advantage of the opportunity when it presented itself the first time around, but it didn't dawn on me until afterwards that it was probably only open to humans. If the differences in how they treat Human and Elven Mages are really that minor, I might just go with Human again, just to see how it plays out.

Mages cannot, no matter the race. Human Noble or bust.

Damnit. What do you get out of it, anyway? Is there a cutscene? Or does it pretty much just say "You married Anora and got a lot of gold and power. Good job."?
