I used to rock in ear headphones on my discman at full volume all day every day.

I'd also stand right infront of massive stacks of subwoofers at raves just to feel the bass.

over 30 and no loss of hearing.

How would you know if youve had hearing loss? Its not like you can constantly flop back and forth between your hearing now and 10-15 years ago to listen to the difference.

Hearing loss concerns me too. I got headphones for the first time this year and a couple weeks after I got em I noticed when I wasn't using them I was turning my TV up louder and louder. S now I pay attention to sound levels and keep em as low as I can while still hearing everything in-game.

Obviously, I've recently had my hearing tested.

plus I can hear things other people can't (actual things not insanity things)

its obvious because I wouldn't say it if I didn't know it as fact.

I play guitar, have a half stack, been to hundreds and hundreds of shows, been to shows that were outdoor huge venues and standing 3 feet in front of the main speakers... I knew my hearing was being put to the test with that.

But with gaming headphones? How loud do you people have it? It shouldn't be loud enough that hearing loss would even cross your mind.
ready for a bit of the o' ultra-violence
