Gta 4 had more things going on screen than any game I've ever played.

Not sure if serious

Why wouldn't he be? It's true. No other open world game has a city that detailed with that much going on.

Infamous 1 and 2 both had more detailed worlds with more people and activity. It had the advantage of being on the PS3 system and not being tethered by the 360's limits (no offense)
My magnificence knows no bounds.

Complex doesn't necessarily mean the biggest... I've seen no game that has AI like Skyrim.. What other game has NPC's that do there own thing 24 hours a day?

Skyrim is easily the most complex, at least on the home consoles not only due to the Ai but the fact it remembers the placement of every object within the world that has been altered. It has dynamic weather, free roaming dragons, a day/night cycle and is a huge game world that's fully 100% explorable.
The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.

The worlds in Final Fantasy 5, I loved how all 3 of them merged together seemlessly, that took alot of work.

Haven't played Infamous 2, but the world of the first Infamous was a joke. Probably the worst open world this gen.

because it still destroys Skyrim

If you remove your nostalgia, you'll notice it doesn't.

For the people who were talking about the largest game world:

But like others have said, largest =/= most complex. I'd say that title goes to Skyrim.

I believe that is pre-minecraft.
