well if you want real real cheap. Mercury Hg is on sale for 200 microsoft points with the after after the scratch and match with that savings and deals app.

but some good arcade games are

puzzle quest
geometry wars 2
N+ (if you like hard games)
peggle (if you want casual)
trials evolution (again if you like challenges)

if you like board games, carcassonne and catan still have active online communities despite the games being like 5 years old and not having a blockbuster name. I'm amazed that I can find a game in 4minutes or less any time of the day, most of the time in under a minute. greed copr is also an extremely excelent turn based strategy game that plays just like a board game, but the online community for that game died in like a week, only worth picking up if you have somebody local or online to play with.

games on demand i'm pretty sure are under $20

burnout revenge (for my money better than paradise and I think its not only one of the best racers ever but one of the best games ever)
You don't know jack (although you can get a free game daily on facebook. the rounds are half as long, but equally as good)
kane and lynch: dead men (if you want a good story driven game, the controls do hamper the game by no small amount)
There are only 10 types of people, those who understand binary and those who don't

Crysis is 15 bucks.

No, it isn't.

Crysis has not been $15 since before it was on sale for $10 last week (?), after the sale ended, it went back up to $20.

Fable: Lost Chapters

Is not a XBLA or GoD/Xbox Original game.

The original Fable is available, not Lost Chapters.

As for my suggestions: (Double Fine sale)
R.I.P. Eve English (Feb. 12, 1968 - Oct. 13, 2010)
Momma Eve, you will be missed.
