I was about 6 and I am 31 now. My first system was the magnavox odyssey and I still have it. Then I bought my first system when I was 8 and it was the NES with rob the robot and I still have it. Now the cool thing is my dad he started when he was 27 and now he's 63 and play his Xbox 360 every day.

Around 23 years. I'm 28 and started when I was 5 and I believe it was playing Nightbreed on my brothers C64 that started it all.

Dunno if I'd say it's my favourite game ever, but Shenmue is up there as it's my most memorable game.

The first console I purchased with my own money was a SNES.

Pong, whenever that was available on home TVs. When did I know I was hooked? I think it was with Maze Craze, Combat, and all those crappy 2600 games, and going to the arcade just rounded the whole experience.
