Coming from the Farcry 3 boards where a topic was created asking who the best was without suggestion, alot of ppl said Kefka and I was wondering how he would do against EVERY OTHER VILLAIN EVER?

Kefka was definitely a good villain, but not the best.

I admit, I'm torn between Luca Blight in Suikoden II and Weissmann in Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. Luca was definitely far more vicious than Kefka could hope to be, but Weissmann definitely was incredibly sneaky and knew how to really screw with a person, and even the player was kept in the dark with him. Seriously, he caused the start of a war, nearly started a second one. Manipulated numerous people and caused them to end up in jail for crimes he forced them to commit and they had no memory of, and much more. He was even screwing over his own loyal minions. And during the whole first game he tricks not only the party, but even most players into thinking he's a good guy and just a broke archaeologist of no importance. He's actually the cause of what the fans call "Kiseki Paranoia" which is thinking anyone with a portrait is suspicious, because they really are in those games.

Sephiroth. Get over it haters.

This gen, Vaas and Holyt (sp?) must be up there. Great design. To think I hated the idea of Vaas in the first trailer.
PLAYING - Far Cry 3 (360), Walking Dead (360), Tales Of Graces f (PS3)
MOST WANTED - FFvsXIII, GTAV, Ni No Kuni, Tales Of Xillia, Lightning Returns

Being insane doesn't automatically make you a good villain.
Only my opinion is valid.
