Any Video Game, whether it be Mario's 1up sound or Halo's respawn noise.

I don't think I have a particular favorite, but those are two (of my many) favorites. You guys have any?

Sonic's Ring ring or the question box item selection from Mario Kart.
These people are meat virgins. They'll be taken by the grill and delicately and tenderly be shown the ways of flavorful meat love. The first time is beautiful.

In Mickey Mania when Mickey jumps on a guy's stomach in the first level he says "Sorry" and I've always enjoyed that.

The Wilhelm Scream. It's pretty rare now and it's really more of a movie thing, but every time I hear it I just crack the hell up. "eeeh-AAAaaah!"

That, or the generic stock sound effects like the clanking of boots on a metal catwalk, the stock gunfire sound (think the Desert Eagle from CoD 4), or the stock wind blowing noise.
p + w > 9000, where p is the power level and w is what the scouter said about it.
