after playing the GT series for so long on the ps1 and ps2, I got my xbox in 2007 when Froza 2 came out. That did it for me...

Also, Skyrim. I have 4 characters and each have 40+ hours of gameplay on them, my first has over 100. lol

Morrowind, Persona 3 FES and Persona 4. The only games to ever feel a hairs' breadth from perfection to me.

Phantasy Star Online 2.

It's so close.

So close.
If you ever have to choose between regular heaven and pie heaven, you should choose pie heaven. There may not be any difference, but if there is, oh boy!

Sonic 3 + Knuckles
It's the perfect Sonic game in my opinion. Has a few glitches here and there, but nothing game breaking. Can't think of a single real flaw in this game.

Orcs Must Die! (the first game)
Except for a few small glitches, and lacking some small convenience features that got added in the sequel it's a perfect game in my opinion.

The second game was certainly good, but it felt a lot less polished. Felt as if they sacrificed quality for quantity.

Kid Icarus: Uprising
Recent game I played. It was the best fun I've had playing a single-player game since Orcs Must Die! The only flaws being controls that take a bit to get comfortable with, and I wish the story would last longer (because it's that much fun).

Nier. It was funny, well written, and dark. Boss battles were awesome with the excellent mix of cinematic moments at the right time to liven them up. Also the music was awesome. Especially the final boss's.
If you like playing games for fun & don't care for KDR then come join my clan. Where peps like u and me can hangout and have fun.

Got a few:

Ninja Gaiden 2 is damn near perfect IMO. Played it to death.
Halo 2 is perfect apart from the lack of a skull menu.
Touhou Koumakyou ~ Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and Touhou Eiyashou ~ Imperishable Night
Project Diva ~ Dreamy Theater 2nd
Atelier Rorona and Atelier Totori
And a couple Visual Novels.
