That's probably because its a well liked game, and thus fewer used copies circulating.
DS2 has more printed copies, so it is more circulated.
Plus, DS3 just came out, so there is probably more interest in the previous games.
Its simple supply & the demand increases, the supply decreases, which drives cost up.

DS1 should be $20 new, maybe slightly cheaper used. You might be able to get DS2 cheaper.

I can't answer for DS3 because I've been spending time catching up on my backlog, but I absolutely loved 1 & 2.

DS3 will be purchased very soon as my backlog is almost caught up.
