If you guys were to buy all the map packs from Call of Duty or Halo, 4 maps for $15 dollars or costume packs of 20 costumes for $10, is it really worth this much money for this amount of content, that is my question to you?

Map packs, yes, depending on the maps in question as well as the game itself.

Costume packs, never.

Yes because in my eyes $10 or $15 is not a lot for DLC. Especially if its a game that I like. I usually buy any and all DLC for my games expect I don't but microtransactions like buying stuff u can just unlock in the regular game.

Nothing like spending $10-15 on a map pack, only to find out you're the only one in the world that's playing it online.

Hate Game/Bad Deal: You'd be surprised at how many people say yes.

This.

I bought one of the map packs for Halo 3, back in the day. I could not find a game on those maps for the life of me.
Metal Gear Solid 3 is the best game out of the MGS series because it is the least Japanese.

I don't think I've ever bought a costume pack.
Map packs can be worth it, but I quit playing online a few years ago so they're irrelevant to me now. I do think they're incredibly overpriced though. You can buy CoD games for $20 or less, yet one map pack will still be $15.
I hate my username.
