Sorry, I am a noob. I just signed on the message boards a couple of days ago. I havent been keeping up with some of these big upcoming games cause I been doing some heavy Retro Gaming on my PS2 Collection.

Just wondering if anyone has been following either Dragon Age or Mass Effect. Mainly you people seem to be more in the now on certain games or follow them more than I do. Just wondering if people could give me some heads up info on either of these games. That is if there is even any info on either of these games.

I know very little on Dragon Age 3 just what is on the Dragon Age.com Main Page. On Mass Effect 4 I just know that the game will not have Shepard or Shepard 2 other than that I dont know anything.

Mainly I been keeping track of upcoming games such as Tales, or Fable being closer instead of games way down the road but Dragon Age is supposedly due out sometime late this year.

Would appreciate some info on either Dragon Age or Mass Effect related news.

PS2 is one of the best gaming console ever, with the best gaming library.

You are not the noob but the true master race.by the time you finished your PS2 library you will have the whole 360/ps3 libary waiting in the bargain bin.best gamer ever wish i could be in your shoes instead of having a ps4 collecting dust

So far dragon age 3 & mass effect is confirmed for next gen xbox1 & ps4, but knowing how greedy EA is, they will have it in all platform except wii U

Dragon age 3 has massive map, semi open world, zoom in 3rd person micro real time battles, vs zoom out iso tactical battle for macro massive wars

DA3 will be on 360/PS3 IIRC.

Also, I don't know if I'd say PS2 was quite 'retro'... Anyway, to each his own.

The PS2 is now 12 years old. That qualifies as retro in my book. The Atari 2600 certainly felt "retro" in 1989!

I dunno...

For me anything pre-PSX is retro.

Xbox / PS2 aren't that old... I wouldn't consider the Matrix a retro film. Or Oasis a retro band, bad perhaps... But not retro.

The PlayStation 2 launched in November of 2000.

Good call. I thought it was 2001, but that was the Xbox. It's 13 years old now. :) That's what I get for going off of my memory in my old age.

DA3 will reuse dungeons with random enemies, and Mass Effect 4 will have choices that actually matter this time. Scout's honor on Bioware!
Playing: Skyrim, Half Life 2, GTA V, Siren Blood Curse, ICO/Shadow of the Colossus, Borderlands.
