I've punched the ground, but I fail to see how smashing my possessions makes things better. If anything, it would only get me angrier.
Won't make you angrier if anything it'd make the person calm down instantly and have full regret over what they're doing and probably make them wanna see a therapist.
Anyways I've thrown my pillow or punched my pillow before. Never to single player games though it's to fighting games and that's after losing like the 4th or 5th time in a row. Fighting games can be really stressful on the mind. Especially online.
Ive broken 2 of my ps3 controllers, and left holes in my gyprock wall. BF3 made me break both my ps3 controllers. Halo Reach make me punch my wall too many times. Its competitive gaming, what do u except?
