I try to redeem a 30-day PS Plus code, but when I enter my credit card info, it says "Error 2" for no reason. I thought that I may have done something wrong until I found out that many others are having similar problems. I hope Sony fixes this soon.

It's just incredibly particular, try using all caps for names or what not and make sure it's EXACTLY as it shows on your credit card bill/website or what not.

They are incompetent, to be honest, but it's kinda like...you know, where you just kinda roll your eyes like you were dealing with a silly younger brother or something.
