Zipper Interactive. It was so sad that they disbanded. :(

They made great games like Mag and SoCom Series.
Programmed Java, Python, Mat Lab, Project Alice, MS DOS and ADA.

I agree with most about how I miss old Squaresoft, though I hate them less thatn the rest of you now. Also loved the Lunar games!!!! WD did us a service bringing those games to us. But An oversight everyone seems to be making.. When they mention Midway, they forget their best game not named MK. Mutant League Football!!!! I loved that game.... I want another one~

Rare. Old Rare I mean, not the terribad no-talent new Rare that makes Kinect sports now.

Technos Japan and/or American Technos.

They kind of still exist in the form of Million Co. and Plophet, except their games rarely get released outside of Japan, they don't make as big a variety of games as they used to (Shadow Force, WWF Wrestlefest, Blockout, etc.) and they're both small companies, especially the latter.

I at least wish they'd release more of the Nekketsu / RCR games here... which they are still making (!)

You are not alone. I LOVED the Shadow Hearts series. I own all three games. Best battle system in any RPG series ever, IMO.

Do you also own the series prequel, Koudelka, on the PS1? Horrid battle system (the designers & programmers clashed way too much), but the story, setting, & characters were awesome.

And it makes certain parts of Shadow Hearts (1) make sense.

I don't own it but I do remember playing it when it first came out. I need to pick that up now that it's cheap.

These and...
I'd add Sierra On-Line and Epyx.

In fact there are actually a **** ton of old Commodore/Amiga properties. A vast untapped pool of properties that most current gen gamers never even heard of, let alone played.

Anyone remember Infiltrator?
