The biggest gripe about Ni No Kuni is it's an amazing JRPG only on PlayStation

If it were a multiplatform game some of you would be running around your houses dressed as Oliver awaiting this JRPG masterpiece. But since it is a PS3 exclusive and you'll never play it on the console you pledged loyalty to, you want to hate on it.

Reviewers say it is literally the best JRPG they have played in years and call it a masterpiece, and nope you'd rather not get it cause you're a hater :P

Another reason is that this board hates Japan with a passion.

I like exclusives. It's the main thing in my eyes that makes a console unique from another, especially when comparing Xbox and Playstation, which share so many of the same games already.

Not sure what the hype about this game is all about, I played the demo and found it boring. And I'm a fan of JRPGs by the way.

Same here, except I haven't played the demo because I don't like the art so it'd be a waste of a gigabyte or 2 because i'm too stubborn to give it a chance haha.

And I liked the hybrid system, Defend/Evade having a use, running out of range of enemy attacks, the stamina meter for each familiar, collecting the gold orbs for essentially an overpowered skill, plus when you have 3 human characters with 3 familiars each and constantly switching on the fly, it's definitely more strategic.
Ni no Kuni Wizard Edition-
Dragon Quest > Tales of > Final Fantasy, but I enjoy all three. Da Bears!

I don't own a PS3 and yet I still think it looks very cool. I love Studio Ghibli and this game really captures the look of their animation.

I'm somewhat skeptical about "best JRPG in years because that's a very tall order for any game", but I'd definitely buy it if it was on something I own. - Watch me beat "NES Die Hard" - My backloggery
